Tailor your organization’s support to specific aspects of the meeting and showcase your brand across specific items and events. Item sponsorships are separate from Meeting Sponsor packages, and Item Sponsors may receive different recognition across meeting marketing than full Meeting Sponsors. Material sponsorship includes:

Photography – $5,000
Generate action shots and footage of your organization and others in action by sponsoring a photographer for the meeting.
Photographer sponsorship includes logo placement and recognition on the virtual meeting platform and Item Sponsor marketing materials. Specific options vary and are subject to change pending location and sponsor specifics; potential sponsors should inquire with REWI to discuss specifics.

Scholarships – $1,000+
Facilitate access to the meeting for students and underrepresented members of the wildlife/ renewables fields with discounted attendance through the scholarship program.
Scholarships subsidize the full cost of attendance at a rate of ~$500 per attendee. Sponsors can support scholarships with contributions of full subsidy increments ($500) beginning at $1,000, or two scholarships, with no maximum. Sponsors are not involved in the scholarship application or selection process and cannot assign scholarships to specific individuals.
Options include:
- $1,000: 2 scholarships
- $1,500: 3 scholarships
- $2,000: 4 scholarships
- Etc.
Scholarship sponsorship includes:
- Branded signage at early career networking sessions
- Verbal recognition in REWI opening remarks

REWI is excited to announce new sponsorship opportunities in 2026 to tailor your organization’s Meeting support for maximum impact and visibility. Sponsorship opportunities start at just $1,000 and range from Item to full Meeting Sponsor Packages.
The Meeting agenda and content are developed by REWI in consultation with an expert Planning Committee. Sponsors do not provide input on the meeting agenda or scientific content. Sponsorship, exhibiting, and/or participation in the meeting by an organization does not constitute endorsement by REWI of the organization, products, and/or services. Branding information provided by sponsors (e.g., information video/slides, meeting materials) is subject to REWI approval and must be informational in nature. Branding information generated by REWI (e.g., featured social media post, push notifications through the app, recognition in meeting marketing/virtual platform/signage) will be written/designed by REWI and pre-approval by sponsors may not be possible. Sponsors may opt out of the recognition/branding opportunities if preferred.
