Exhibitor Package Details:
- Exhibitor Package Cost: $2,500
- One meeting registration (a comp code will be provided to be used when registration opens; fees for workshops and field trips are an additional charge)
- Display space featuring a table. Specific measurements for booths will be available at a later date.
- A dedicated page on our virtual conference platform featuring your logo, a description of your organization, attachments, and a forum feature to interact with virtual attendees.
- Power and wired internet are available for additional charges.
- Exhibitors may choose to mail or bring exhibit materials and supplies to the hotel (handling fees may apply).
