Exhibitor Package Cost: $2,000
- One meeting registration (a comp code will be provided to be used when registration opens; fees for workshops and field trips are an additional charge)
- Display space featuring a skirted table.
- Sponsors receive priority selection of table location.
- A dedicated page on our virtual conference platform featuring your logo, a description of your organization, attachments, and a forum feature to interact with virtual attendees.
- The page setup and personalization are managed directly by exhibitors on the virtual platform.
Power and wired internet are available for additional charges. Specific measurements for booths will be available at a later date.
Exhibitors may choose to mail or bring exhibit materials and supplies to the hotel (handling fees may apply).
