Wind Wildlife Research Meeting VIII Proceedings

The National Wind Coordinating Collaborative (NWCC) hosted a biennial Wind Wildlife Research meeting on October 19 – 21, 2010, in Lakewood, Colorado. The proceedings document research presented on topics relating to wind energy development and wildlife impacts. Areas of focus include habitat and behavioral impacts, modeling, landscape-level impacts, mitigation techniques and technology, and offshore wind and wildlife issues.
