Call for Proposals Call for Abstracts Guidelines Past Meetings
The Call for Proposals for the 2026 WWRM is open!
Submission Deadline: April 30, 2026, 11:59 PM PT
This call seeks proposals for workshops, coordinated sessions, and field trips to be organized by external parties in close collaboration with REWI. A general call for abstracts for in-person and on-demand presentations and posters will follow separately in a few weeks. REWI will craft the WWRM agenda from both this Call for Proposals and the subsequent Call for Abstracts.
Full details can be found in the PDF linked here and included below.
REWI is seeking opportunities for:
- Pre-Meeting Workshops: Structured, interactive sessions that create a space for meaningful work and guide participants through a process designed to achieve a beneficial objective.
- Coordinated Sessions and Panel Discussions: Provide a forum for sharing information with attendees and/or facilitating dialogue among speakers during plenary programming.
- Field Trips: Structured off-site activities designed to support learning and networking through active participation, discussion, and hands‑on experiences. The WWRM Planning Committee is particularly interested in field trips to wind energy facilities, natural areas with notable wildlife, and locations demonstrating observable impacts of climate change and/or conservation efforts.
Submission Deadline: April 30, 2026, 11:59 PM PT
